Inclusive Evaluation

Inclusive Evaluation With Global Majority Participants

Inclusive work deserves inclusive evaluation. When your programme is designed to widen access, amplify under-represented voices, or support participants from the global majority, success cannot be reduced to attendance counts.

Why We’re the Inclusive Impact Partner You Want

At The Evaluator, we’re passionate about working with organisations engaging under-represented communities including participants from the global majority. True impact means more than numbers, it means inclusion, equity, voice and belonging.

What makes us different is not just our technical expertise, but the way we work. Guided by values that are creatively simple, honest and useful, we design evaluation that goes beyond surface-level diversity measures to understand what inclusion actually feels like in practice. That means helping organisations evidence voice, access, trust, belonging and change in ways that are robust, respectful and useful.

If you’re tackling inequality or shifting who has access, we’ll figure out how you measure it, how you show it, and how you improve it.

What This Means for Your Project

  • Measurement that reflects diverse participation, geography, ethnicity, age, lived experience, cultural identity, access needs
  • Evidence linked to what matters, access, belonging, voice, opportunity, behaviour change, not only outputs
  • Credible results for funders focused on inclusion and social justice, strong data plus stories of change
  • Methods that are practical, culturally responsive, and usable for delivery teams
